Hi guys, today I would like to share my current workout plan that track my progress. It is suitable for beginner that about to start playing gym. Let see how it goes :


Day 1 : Chest and Triceps

Day 2 : Back and Biceps

Day 3 : Shoulder, Traps and Legs

Day 4 : Abs
